1933 Chevrolet Master

I have owned my 1933 Chevrolet Master 5 Window Coupe since 1971. Except for the 1950s paint job, it was mostly original.

Original ID Plate Specs:

Job No: 33-567 Designates a 5 Window Coupe

Body No: B 3664 B is for the Buffalo assembly plant

Trim No: 35 Taupe Mohair

Paint No: 732 Black with black or red wheels

One repaint was done in the 1950s

Original interior except the rubber floor mat and a cover on the worn seat cushion.

Starter: Has an electric solenoid and button on the dash to replace the original starterator. I have all the original starterator parts.

Original owners manual and an original 1933 Chevrolet dealers album

All chrome is original except the rear bumper and rear bumper bolts, which were replated in 1971 at an amazing cost of $38.00.

Options:  Second Horn, Eagle radiator cap, right tail light, metal spare tire cover, locking spare tire hub cap, and electric clock.  The fog lights are for a 1937 Chevrolet, but I think they look great on this car.

The car is registered with original 1933 license plates

Sale Literature:  Since 1971 I have collected every piece of English language sales literature produced for the 1933 Chevrolet Master, except one sales envelope that contains individual cards with colored graphics for each 1933 Chevrolet model.  I have not found one at a reasonable price and all the graphics are used in my other literature.

1933 Chevrolet Master

This car is a 1933 Chevrolet Master.  I have hear people refer to it as a Eagle or Master Eagle, but Chevrolet never refered to it as that except in one GM Heritage document and I believe it was refering to both the early Eagle and later Master models.  In early 1933 production Chevrolet only made the Eagle model.  When the Standard model came out in mid year, they changed the name of the Eagle to Master.  There are several differences between the Eagle and Master.  If you look at the door wing window on my car there is a chrome window divider that is always present.  On the Eagle, this divider goes down and disappears when the main door window is rolled down.
